Thanks for the inspiration!  I had some chillies in the freezer and I&#039;ve been wanting to do something with them, other than the chilli sauce I&#039;d made before.  Roast them, for a different flavor - of course!!  Awesome.

Most of those we would love to cold cellar but have none - Wychwood Barns will cell cellar-ed local root veg like these at its market on Saturdays during the winter so we can continue to get them at their peak through the winter....  :)  We are going to try a weekly recipe through this winter - starting soon!</description>
