Celebrating Mass Production of Food

It’s a different outlook on the mass production of food than what we’ve been used to hearing lately.

Loise Fresco is a “globe- trotting sustainability advisor” (according to ted.com). It’s really interesting whether or not you agree with her (i think she makes some incredibly valid points). My favorite quote “every bite connects you to the past and the future”.

She makes and bakes a loaf of bread while speaking….public speaking AND cooking? I’m amazed.
